Our Community Projects
Blue Beanie Projects runs a number of initiatives designed to build young peoples’ self-esteem by giving them an outlet in which to express themselves free of judgement. Some of our past and current projects include:
Regional Youth Advocacy Network
The Blue Beanie Projects Team is currently seeking expressions of interest from interested young people to be a part of the newly developed Regional Youth Advocacy Network (RYAN). No matter where you are in regional WA, this current project is about connecting young people! It doesn’t matter what level of access you have to technology, social media or the internet, we will find a way to connect you with other young people from other regional areas! If you’re a young person aged between 10 -25, and are interested in being part of this network, or if you’re a youth service provider who has a young person in mind, please contact us!
Style it Up
Style It Up offers young people the opportunity to take part in grooming, deportment, self-development workshops, and modelling shows. Through Style It Up, young people are offered the opportunity to be involved in the planning, development and management of Modelling Shows in their local community.
Young people come on board as Project Leaders, guided by Project Mentors from the Blue Beanie Projects Team.
